Australia Day is rapidly approaching and with it the obligatory BBQ with friends and family. I’m still working on finding the perfect pav, but thanks to a bloggers function on Saturday I think I have found the perfect BBQ Meat.

My husband didn’t quite believe me when I was raving about the snags we had for lunch at the event on Saturday (he totally understand my love of Max Brenner 
, but I’m not usually a sausage fan), so I went out and purchased some Macro Organic Chicken Thigh Fillets so he could taste the difference himself.
The lovely McCormick Australia folk had given me some marinade bags to try out so I decided to pair one of those up with the chicken….
OMG so good 
Those two products were seriously made to go together, like ginger and dark chocolate. Nom.

Dunno if I can agree with you on the ginger and dark chocolate but I love me some organic chicken.
Totally okay for you to disagree about ginger and dark chocolate, means more for me Bwahahaha.
